ALLINGN YOURSELF WITH YOUR SHEPEHERD

While Jesus is the Chief shepherded of the Church- he has however given us under shepherds in the person of Your Pastor- Your respect for your man of God will determine the level of Impact his anointing will have on your life.
Elisha obviously benefited from the anointing that was upon Elijah, but when he was confronted with the challenge to cross the Jordan, he had to call on the God of Elijah thereby making demands on the anointing of God upon Elijah.
2 Kings 2:14
‘And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over’
Although Elijah was harsh on Elijah, the later still followed the former and had confidence in his anointing. Following a spiritual leader may not be all rosy, but if you value the anointing on his life, you will pay the price of followership and the reward will be great. No man has ever become a successful leader without first being a successful follower.
A wise man once said we can only see further because we stand on the shoulder of them who have gone before. The tragedy of the Church today is that there are quite a load of fellows who want to be served without first serving, This is why there are catastrophic failings in the body of Christ.

PRAYER:
1. Lord Give me the heart of a servant and a humble mind.
2. Pray for your Pastor and his family.
3. Lord show me ways to help my Pastor in His Ministry.
